Delivery methods

On-site collection (recommended)

The customer can collect the order in person at our office in Rome.

As soon as the job is ready, we will send you an email to arrange collection.

Customer collection by courier

If the customer prefers to use their own courier, they can have the goods collected directly from our office.

In this case it is necessary to communicate:

• Name of the courier, date and time slot of collection

• Any shipping labels to be applied to the package

We prepare the package and deliver it to the designated courier, already packaged and ready for transport.

Shipping times and costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and number of packages. Rates may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Italy

• Shipping costs: calculated at checkout

• Delivery time: 24–48 hours

Europe

• Shipping costs: calculated at checkout

• Delivery time: 48–96 hours

Non-EEC countries

• Shipping costs: calculated at checkout

• Delivery time: generally 3–8 days , varies depending on the country

Possible courier delays

The times indicated are average. Delays may occur due to:

• High demand periods (Holidays, Sales, Black Friday)

• Weather conditions

• Customs controls (Extra EEC)

• Disruptions to service, courier strike

We always monitor the shipment and update the customer in case of anomalies.

Important notes

• We are not responsible for any delays or poor service by the courier chosen by the customer.

• The package is delivered to the courier already packaged and ready for transport.
